We size every sump pump to your basin, discharge distance, and Zaleski, OH water table, not a generic off-the-shelf number.
Zaleski, OH water tables and storm patterns vary enough that a pump that's right for one property can be wrong for the next. We test inflow rate during inspection so the pump we recommend actually matches your basement's real conditions.

We carry common pump models on the truck so a failed unit can often be replaced the same day you call.

Oversized or undersized pumps both cause problems — sizing it correctly the first time avoids premature failure.

We install submersible pumps rated for continuous duty, not the lighter-duty units sold for occasional use.
A battery backup pump kicks in automatically if the power goes out during a storm — exactly when you need it most.
For homes with municipal water pressure, a water-powered backup pump runs without any battery at all, using house water pressure to move basement water out.
We also inspect discharge line routing to make sure water is actually getting away from the foundation, not just to the yard next to it.
Basin lids are sealed to reduce basement humidity and keep debris out of the pump mechanism.
Tell us your pump's age, symptoms, and whether it failed or you're installing new — that shapes what we bring on the visit.
A technician checks basin size, current pump condition, and how fast water is actually entering the basin during testing.
You'll see the recommended pump horsepower, basin size, and any backup options broken out with pricing.
We test the new pump under load, including a simulated power outage if a backup system is installed, before we leave.
